Job Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and partnerships in the renewable energy sector.
About the Role
- Recruit high-impact solar resellers and retailers, identifying new market opportunities.
- Analyse industry trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
- Build compelling sales plans, pitching with purpose to meet revenue targets.
- Lead and support partner relationships, offering training, guidance, and technical support.
- Stay across product and tech developments in solar and battery innovation.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns.
- Track performance, deliver accurate forecasts, and use insights to inform strategy.
Required Skills
- A relationship-first, results-driven sales professional with a passion for renewable energy.
- 5+ years in sales or business development within the solar or energy storage industry.
- Deep knowledge of solar and battery storage systems.
- Proven track record hitting B2B sales targets.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A self-starter who thrives with autonomy.
- CRM proficiency + strong MS Office skills.
