About the Role

We are seeking a Casual Medical Assistant to join our team in Royal Park. As a key member of our practice, you will work collaboratively with nurses and general practitioners to provide high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure clinical areas are adequately stocked and replenished as needed.
  • Clean and sterilise instruments according to protocols.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service as the first point of contact for patients.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Certificate 3 Health Services Assistant or Certificate 4 Medical Practice Assisting qualification.
  • Flexibility with availability.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Working With Children Check Clearance.
  • Evidence of routine immunisation serology.
