Job Title: Storeperson

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill a Storeperson position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving, dispatching, and storing stock in a fast-paced warehouse environment using a computer system.
  • Ensuring accurate order fulfillment through effective communication with suppliers.
  • Maintaining a safe and organized production area by arranging stock and replenishing supplies as needed.
  • Preparing orders for dispatch and managing stock levels.
  • Unload/loading pallets using a counterbalance forklift on occasion.
Requirements:
  • A valid LF Forklift license is required.
  • Previous experience working as a storeperson or in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in using a computer warehouse management system.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • The ability to work independently and show initiative when necessary.

This is a casual position requiring 38 hours of work per week, with opportunities for overtime when needed. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to a permanent position after a qualifying period.
