Locum General Practitioner

Our ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in a general practice setting. As a locum general practitioner, you will provide comprehensive medical services to patients, including conducting consultations, performing diagnostic tests, and developing treatment plans.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough consultations with patients to identify their medical needs and develop effective treatment plans.
  • Performing diagnostic tests, such as blood pressure checks and physical examinations, to inform treatment decisions.
  • Developing and implementing treatment plans that take into account the patient's medical history, current health status, and treatment goals.
  • Prescribing medications as needed and monitoring their effectiveness.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a high level of empathy and compassion for patients. Strong organizational and time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks and managing multiple patients' cases.

Requirements for this role include:

  • A Bachelor's degree in medicine or an equivalent qualification.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex medical information to patients and other healthcare professionals.
