Key Position: Infrastructure Delivery Manager I

The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for creating and implementing sustainable processes and standards.

  • They will oversee the automation of tasks to reduce delivery cycle times and improve quality without compromising network availability.
  • Manage inbound capacity from receiving through deployment stages.
  • Be in charge of the installation network and cabling infrastructure in a data center environment.
  • Guide, train and educate staff on best practices related to all service owner issues.
  • Oversee tasks and deliverables across small to large-size projects.
  • Recommend policies and procedures that meet industry best practices and required SLAs.
  • Provide weekly reports to senior management.
  • Coordinate team resources to support project and delivery needs including emergency projects, change management and maintenance window support.
  • Recruit and train data technicians to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
  • Host regular team meetings.
  • Ensure compliance to performance management requirements.
