Your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively participating in the educational program within the room and collaborating with the centre team
  • Engaging with and supervising children consistently
  • Ensuring a safe environment for children, families, and colleagues
  • Fostering and maintaining positive relationships with children and their families
  • Adhering to National Quality Standards and Goodstart policies and procedures
  • Encouraging a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement
