We're seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our cleaning team and maintain our hotel's high standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily cleaning tasks, ensuring schedules are met, and providing on-the-job training for team members. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and effective leadership abilities, we'd love to hear from you

About the Role
  • Lead a dedicated team of cleaners to maintain high standards and adhere to health and safety policies.
  • Monitor and manage cleaning supplies and equipment.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to improve team performance and skills.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in housekeeping or a related role, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
