Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled delivery professional to join our team.

As a courier, you will be responsible for safely collecting and delivering packages across various locations.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is highly organized, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Package Collection: Safely collect packages from designated points and verify their accuracy before loading onto vehicles.
  • Route Delivery: Deliver packages to customers in a timely manner while adhering to strict time schedules and ensuring high-quality service.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Reporting: Report any delivery-related issues, damaged goods, or incorrect addresses immediately.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • Education: Secondary education or equivalent.
  • Driving Experience: At least one (1) year of professional driving experience.
  • Licence: Hold an AU License Classifications: AUK012 Minimum C Class (Car) License or AUK013 Minimum Medium Rigid (MR) Truck License.
