Corporate Services Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to establish and lead a brand-new Corporate Services function. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior role within a growing, national business.

The successful candidate will have 8-10+ years' experience in corporate services, compliance, governance, or operational risk, with a proven track record of managing regulatory and licensing obligations, property management skills, and high-level communication skills.

You will be responsible for ensuring we meet all licensing, regulatory, and operational obligations while managing our office and warehouse leasing portfolio.

About You:
  • Proven expertise in managing regulatory and licensing obligations
  • Strong property management skills, including leasing, negotiations, insurance, and vendor management
  • High-level communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to build and maintain compliance registers, processes, and contingency plans
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach, with the ability to balance hands-on delivery and longer-term planning
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, accounting, law, or a related field
