Digital Marketing Professional

This role involves managing relationships with clients and understanding their goals. As the key contact for your portfolio of clients, you'll be responsible for ensuring campaigns across Digital Marketing / Creative are aligned with those objectives.

You'll take briefs, manage budgets and timelines, and coordinate with internal channel specialists to deliver high quality work. You'll lead regular client meetings, report on performance, and provide strategic recommendations based on results and business priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client relationship management
  • Campaign alignment and management
  • Brief taking and coordination
  • Performance reporting and analysis

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in digital marketing and account management
  • Proven experience across SEO, Paid Search, Paid Social, Organic Social, eDMs, Branding, Design
  • Expert level communication skills - both written and verbal
  • A strategic mindset

Bonus Points:

  • Experience managing or mentoring team members

About the Role:
