Human Resources Advisor

The role of Human Resources Advisor involves providing guidance to leaders and employees on HR-related matters, supporting the delivery of various initiatives, and ensuring compliance with employment law.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert advice and support to leaders and employees on HR-related issues.
  • Projects: Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects that align with business objectives.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Analyze data and build reports to inform HR decisions and improve performance.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with the broader HR team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws and regulations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years' experience in managing Tier 1 HR enquiries in a blue-collar, multi-site environment.
  • Relevant degree, AHRI Certification, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence and challenge when necessary.
