Campus Operations Manager

Matrix Education is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Campus Manager to lead our Hurstville campus to success.
As a Campus Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the campus, leading a high-performing team, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales and performance targets, and will be passionate about driving business growth and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Achieve Business Objectives: Meet and exceed new business and retention targets, driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Provide coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure your team is equipped to deliver exceptional results.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day management of the campus, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality customer experiences.
- Campus Resource Management: Manage campus budgets, expenses, and reports, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Perform various administrative duties and tasks as required by the Customer Experience Manager.
- Leadership Experience: Minimum two years of experience in leading a high-performing retail store or office site.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated ability to define and execute ways to meet commercial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including financial management and budgeting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage a high-performing team, with a focus on development and growth.
- Adaptability: Flexible attitude, adaptable, and results-driven, with a willingness to work on weekends.
