Mobile Phone Repair Technician

We are seeking an experienced Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of iPhone and Samsung phone repairs, as well as iPad repair expertise.

This role involves repairing a variety of phone models, including iPhones and Samsung devices, as well as selling and up-selling phone accessories.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for installing screen protectors, managing stock levels, and maintaining store appearance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repairing mobile phones, including iPhones and Samsung devices.
  • Selling and up-selling phone accessories.
  • Installing screen protectors.
  • Managing stock levels.
  • Maintaining store appearance.

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 6-12 months experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
