Job Opportunity:
Cybersecurity AnalystWe are seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Analyst to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the success of our security roadmap.
- Analyse, document, and communicate requirements, user stories, and supporting processes that shape the success of our security roadmap.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess current security frameworks, identify areas for improvement, and design practical solutions that boost efficiency and performance.
- Drive strategic decisions by identifying issues, evaluating risks and benefits, and analysing the impact of proposed changes, including cost estimates and potential savings.
- Ensure adherence to legislation, internal policies, and governance frameworks.
- Develop comprehensive requirement specifications to determine the estimate of cost, time, and resources to deploy solutions.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Expertise in cybersecurity, with knowledge of leading frameworks and compliance standards such as MITRE ATT&CK and NIST.
- Experience delivering outcomes across various project lifecycle methodologies, navigating Agile and Waterfall environments.
- Familiarity with government standards, particularly NIST CSF 2.0 and the Australian Government Information Security Manual.
- Proven ability to manage multifaceted challenges and cross-functional collaboration.
- Self-starter who ensures all information required to support projects is understood and documented.
