Deputy is a leading company in the AU market, and we are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team.

This role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering impactful product initiatives.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

  • Product Growth & Management: Drive the development and growth of our products, setting clear goals and objectives, measuring performance, and adjusting strategies to enhance product success.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to inform decision-making processes, ensuring product decisions are based on solid data insights.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for product initiatives, addressing and resolving conflicts to ensure collaborative progress.
  • Leadership & Influence: Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve excellence in their respective roles and contributions to the product.
  • Innovative Problem Solving: Employ advanced problem-solving skills to address and anticipate challenges, implementing solutions that enhance product functionality and user satisfaction.
  • Strategic Vision: Contribute to the strategic direction of the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and market opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field; an MBA or related graduate degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product management within a SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
  • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
