Key Responsibilities

Main Objectives:

  • Roster management, payroll administration, training coordination, compliance, and recruitment activities will be your primary focus.
  • You will be responsible for providing prospective residents and their loved ones with a warm welcome and informative introduction to the Care Home by handling enquiries and coordinating admissions.
  • Achieve exceptional customer service standards while leading the administrative function of the Care Home.

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Maintain patience and composure when interacting with residents and their families.
  • Develop intermediate to advanced skills across the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior experience in similar roles requiring admin/customer service skills is essential.
  • Familiarity with rosters, payroll, and general HR functions including recruitment is vital.
  • Demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills with a focus on prioritisation and self-direction.
