We are seeking a skilled and experienced Grader Operator to join our Production Mining Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment efficiently, safely, and competently to ensure maximum output.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate machinery to maintain pit floors and bunds in a mining production environment
  • Comply with company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and efficient work environment
  • Respond to instructions from Mining Supervisors to ensure seamless operations
  • Minimize dilution and achieve design parameters within acceptable tolerances
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards and perform pre-start checks
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5 years of experience operating a CAT 16M Grader in a production mining operation
  • Strong mining operational skills and the ability to maintain pit floors and bunds in a mining production environment
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of ore mark ups and pit configuration
  • Proven compliance and commitment to health and safety at all times
  • A valid Australian driver's license
