About this Role

This role is responsible for managing the execution of SAP S/4HANA implementation projects. The successful candidate will ensure timely delivery, alignment with business objectives, and coordination of project activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute SAP S/4HANA implementation projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and business leaders.
  • Coordinate project activities, tasks, and resources to achieve project goals.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for all project-related communications.
  • Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and facilitate decision-making at all levels.
  • Regularly report project progress to stakeholders, addressing risks, challenges, and changes to the project scope.
  • Lead and manage the project team, which may include internal resources, external vendors, and consultants.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Good knowledge of technology landscape to guide the team.
  • Tertiary qualification in IT or computer science.
  • Minimum 12-15 years of experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years of experience in managing SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, including managing complex systems implementations.
  • Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile) is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar).
  • Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
