Job Title: Mining Production Operators

We are seeking experienced Mining Production Operators to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of heavy machinery and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a variety of heavy machinery including excavators, graders, dozers, and dump trucks.
  • Work collaboratively within a team to achieve project goals.
  • Maintain a high level of health and safety at all times.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' operating experience.
  • Open pit mining experience is essential.
  • Must complete a pre-employment medical including a LABDAS.
  • Valid C Class Drivers Licence.
  • Collie locals preferred but not essential.

Working Conditions and Benefits:

  • 4:4 roster - 4 days on (dayshift), 4 days off, 4 days on (nightshift).
  • Long term roles available.
  • 12 hours per day - final working day 10hrs but paid for 12.
  • Accommodation and food provided for non-local residents.
