About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Developer to join our team. As a Product Developer, you will play a crucial role in developing key lifestyle products that meet the needs and expectations of our customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with our Buying and Product teams to ensure the development of high-quality products that meet our brand standards.
  • Negotiating and managing product expectations with suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Managing product schedules, tracking production, and reviewing samples to ensure that our products meet our quality and sustainability standards.
  • Contributing to fittings and reviewing samples to ensure that our products meet our brand standards.
  • Managing production and shipping schedules, approving lab dips, trims, strikes offs, and bulk fabrics, garment measurements and fittings, sample coordination, and technical drawings.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree or qualification in a relevant field, such as fashion, textiles, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar Product Developer role, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to make confident decisions that will determine the success of the brand.
  • Proficient capabilities in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Illustrator.
