Gold Coast Landscape Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Structural Landscaper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with expertise in paving, tiling, concreting, artificial turf, timber work and operating machinery such as excavators or skid steers.
This role involves leading a crew and multitasking, so strong leadership and communication skills are essential. A can-do attitude, knowledge and specialization in retaining walls, paving, tiling, concreting, artificial turf and timber work will be highly valued.
Key qualifications include being fully qualified with at least 2 years of experience, holding an open license, MR license (not essential) and machinery tickets (not essential). A Diploma of Horticulturalist is also desirable.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be confident, motivated and have an eye for detail.
This is a full-time/casual position with above market wages and performance-based bonuses. Other benefits include a company car, professional development assistance and profit sharing.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, weekend availability required.
