As our Head Barista, you will deliver outstanding customer experiences to our members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome members and their guests with a smile and ensure they have an exceptional experience.
  • Support the clubhouse team by issuing day passes, welcoming guests, and coordinating couriers.
  • Coordinate and deliver high-quality serviced meetings, events, and catering experiences that meet our service standards.
  • Oversee stock management, maintain efficient operational levels, minimize waste, and record breakages.
  • Work proactively to motivate the team to meet and exceed hospitality revenue targets.
  • Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers to ensure timely product delivery and follow up on any issues.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of serviced meeting spaces and café areas.
  • Communicate maintenance, safety, and equipment issues promptly.
  • As Clubhouse Tech Rep, assist with setting up Zoom meetings and tech instructions.
  • Prepare consistently amazing coffee and provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of cafe head barista/supervisor experience.
  • High-standard Barista skills, including knowledge of allergies and latte art abilities.
  • Experience with operational elements of a cafe (budgets, ordering, stock control).
  • Strong hospitality skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships and work well in a team.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to juggle competing priorities.
