You will contribute to and assist the team with the efficient running of the department according to established brand standards, providing courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times when setting and serving food & beverages to guests, in order to maximise guest satisfaction.

• Attend breakfast, lunch, and dinner briefs with restaurant staff to review daily specials, changes on the menu and service
• To be fully conversant with all services, offers, promotions and facilities offered by the hotel
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation
• Attend all required training sessions

A Successful Candidate Will Have:

• Experience as a skilled beverage expert
• A valid and current certification in responsible alcohol service
• The ability to create a positive first impression
• The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
