About This Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to join our team in Brisbane.

  • This is an excellent chance for you to grow and develop your skills as part of a dynamic team.
  • You will be working closely with our Partners and other Solicitors to deliver exceptional results.
  • Your primary responsibilities will include:
  1. Managing diaries, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining accurate records.
  2. Preparing legal documents and correspondence to the highest standard.
  3. Assisting with file opening and closing procedures, as well as system and matter management.
  4. Providing administrative support to our Solicitors, including answering phone calls and responding to queries.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone with 2-3 years' experience as a Legal Assistant who possesses excellent communication and diary management skills.

You should have a strong proficiency in MS Word and formatting, including highly proficient typing skills.

Able to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, display initiative, and maintain attention to detail.
