We are proud to be Australia's most impactful media group, and we're seeking a talented Marketing Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, tracking and reporting on marketing performance, spend, and ROI.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on technical experience within marketing automation platforms, specifically Pardot. They will also have proven experience working within marketing operations, customer lifecycle marketing, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and configure end-to-end customer journeys and targeted multi-channel campaigns to drive acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
  • Lead large-scale projects critical to Client Partnerships strategic objectives ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • Collaborate across teams to execute multichannel marketing campaigns (email, social media, website, events) and assist teams with best practice execution.
  • Monitor campaign performance, providing engagement insights and recommendations for optimisation.
  • Manage multiple projects, track and report on marketing performance, spend, and ROI.
  • Identify and evaluate new marketing opportunities and emerging technologies complementary to the internal ecosystem.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and trends.
  • Maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics and present actionable insights.
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure brand and regulatory compliance. Support data governance efforts to ensure accuracy and security in marketing analytics.
  • Build relationships with vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marketing materials.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to enhance strategies.
