We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Housekeeping team at Crown Promenade. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Ensuring that all areas of the hotel are clean and well-maintained, including guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house facilities.
• Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experiences.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a 4- or 5-star hotel environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests from diverse backgrounds.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
