Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional looking for a new challenge? We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our client's team in Narangba, Brisbane. This is a permanent full-time opportunity offering a salary range of $60,000-$70,000 plus superannuation.

About the Role

We are partnering with a business that provides temporary edge protection solutions and has recently launched an online retail store for safety gear. As an Office Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the Sales Manager and Installer, as well as managing bookings, pricing, and communication with internal staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with field staff: Coordinate with the Sales Manager and Installer to ensure smooth operations.
  • Booking & scheduling: Manage bookings, pricing, and communication with both internal staff and clients.
  • Administrative tasks: Create purchase orders, track and enter invoices, and manage installation, dismantle, and hire schedules.
  • Documentation: Produce project-specific safety and handover documents.
  • Retail support: Assist with data entry and stock management for our online and physical safety equipment store.
  • Receive deliveries.
  • Handle occasional walk-ins and assist with retail purchases (eventually).
Candidate Criteria:
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a Reception/Admin role.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems, including MS Office Suite and various project management tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. You will also have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a reception/admin role and proficiency in using office software and systems, including MS Office Suite and various project management tools. Your exceptional communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels, and your attention to detail and high-level problem-solving skills will be invaluable in this role.
