Key Role

The company seeks a Product Manager to drive innovation across future product development, build strategic partnerships, and ensure products remain best-in-class.

This role requires hands-on, solutions-oriented product management with the ability to navigate complex business processes.

The successful candidate will have excellent delivery and implementation skills, problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Drive growth and member retention through innovative product solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulatory and legislative frameworks.
  • Coordinate administration of life insurance arrangements within the superannuation product.
  • Support preparation of APRA superannuation data submissions.
  • Provide technical expertise in resolution of member complaints.
  • Represent the product team in cross-functional projects.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on member engagement activities.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in product management across Superannuation and related financial services products.
  • Strong understanding of superannuation and end-to-end business operations.
  • Understanding of competitors' propositions and Superannuation/Investment industry trends.
  • RG146 qualifications (not mandatory).
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced certifications such as CFA or a Master of Applied Finance are advantageous.
