Your Role: IT Services Business Development Manager



We are seeking an experienced IT Services Business Development Manager to join our team. As an IT Services Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and profitability by identifying and developing new business opportunities and partnerships in the IT services industry.



You will have the opportunity to work with a rapidly growing global IT services company covering the Americas region. You will be working with some of the region's leading brands and also seeking to develop relationships with new customers. The services you will be selling include Software/Web Development, IT Management Services, Analytics, Digital Transformation, and AI.



Key Responsibilities:



  • Develop and execute strategies to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the IT services industry.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in target organizations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions and proposals that meet client needs and requirements.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and market opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales revenue.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to stay informed of industry trends and establish new relationships.
  • Work closely with the delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.


Requirements:


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT services sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of successfully selling IT services solutions to enterprise clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of IT services industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
