Key Role:

The Capital Transaction Manager will play a pivotal role in buying, selling, divesting and raising capital across the portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate opportunities for acquiring, disposing, and trading assets within the portfolio.
  • Manage due diligence and disposal processes to ensure timely and profitable transactions.
  • Establish relationships with key stakeholders, including consultants, agents, partners, and boards of directors.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver results and drive growth.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in asset management, property finance, or transaction execution.
  • Strong capability in financial modeling (Forbury) and Excel.
  • Engagement with a wide range of stakeholders, including consultants, agents, partners, and boards of directors.
  • Formal qualifications in business, law, or related fields.
