Caregiver for Individuals with Disabilities

This is a full-time or part-time permanent role available, providing support to individuals with disabilities in Adelaide.
As a support professional, you will help participants with personal care, daily living tasks, cooking, transportation, and engaging in physical activities such as walking.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with cooking and meal preparation
- Transporting participants to appointments and activities
- Encouraging physical activity and engagement in daily life
Requirements for the Role:
- Minimum Cert. 3 in Disability Support
- Complex behaviour experience required
- At least 2 years of experience in disability support
- Full driver's license and reliable car with full insurance
- Ability to undergo clearance checks from relevant authorities
The Ideal Candidate:
A compassionate and patient approach, with excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Working Arrangements:
We are looking for applicants who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week and be flexible with their availability, including evenings and weekends.
Ongoing Support:
Successful applicants will be provided with comprehensive training and ongoing support.
