Job Title:
Production Manager

The role of a Production Manager involves overseeing the smooth operation of our automotive workshop. This includes ensuring that all vehicles are processed upon arrival, and managing the repair process to deliver timely, cost-effective quality repairs.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing production to meet productivity targets and customer expectations. This will involve overseeing housekeeping within the workshop, as well as managing site operations to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Workshop/Production Manager to join our team. If you have previous experience in a similar management role within the collision repair industry, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to set and adhere to deadlines, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a safe working environment for all staff
  • Process vehicles upon arrival
  • Assist with ordering and receiving parts, paint, and consumables
  • Manage the repair process to ensure timely, cost-effective quality repairs
  • Manage production to meet productivity targets and customer expectations
  • Assist in managing the site to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction
  • Oversee housekeeping within the workshop
