Your Role

As the Head of Financial Control and Operations, you'll report to the Chief Financial Officer and be responsible for leading the accounting and procurement functions. You'll ensure effective controls and accurate reporting to support commercial decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the accounting and procurement teams to deliver a world-class finance function
  • Developing and enhancing the financial control environment and corporate governance framework
  • Managing a small team of qualified accountants to deliver month-end close, half-year, and year-end close, cash-flow management, and financial reporting
  • Process improvements to automate non-value add processes
  • Maintenance of GL master data and finance systems
Your Experience

We're looking for a strong finance leader with 15+ years of experience, commercially focused, and CA/CPA qualified. You'll have a proven track record in technical leadership and financial control, ensuring compliance with statutory law, taxation, and financial regulations.

You'll be a senior leader, capable of providing clear direction to the team, setting high standards, motivating, coaching, and empowering the team to deliver. A strong influencer, you'll gain alignment and commitment to delivery of outcomes.
