About You

We are seeking an experienced and motivated accredited Sonographer to join our Medical Imaging team. This role offers the chance to work across a broad range of ultrasound procedures, contributing directly to patient diagnosis and care within a collaborative and professional setting.

  • Qualifications & Registration: Hold an accredited post-graduate qualification in Medical Ultrasound and be registered with the Australasian Sonographer Accreditation Registry (ASAR).
  • Technical Expertise: Proven ability to independently perform a variety of ultrasound procedures, including specialized and complex examinations, with advanced clinical judgment.
  • Professional Skills: Strong initiative, adaptability, and effective communication skills; ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams while also supporting staff development through training and supervision.
  • Knowledge & Compliance: Have a sound understanding of safe work practices, quality and safety in healthcare, medico-legal responsibilities, and cultural sensitivity in patient care.
