Job Opportunity: Clinical Imaging Specialist

The role of Ultrasound Applications Specialist involves providing technical and clinical support to customers, primarily within the Women's Health segment. This position requires a strong understanding of product features, capabilities, and applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing technical leadership during sales processes by demonstrating product features and capabilities to customers.
  • Developing and delivering product training to customers on software, application, and/or equipment use.
  • Improving customer satisfaction and socket retention through continuing education and optimization of equipment utilization.
  • Supporting trade shows and professional conferences by performing product demonstrations and promotions as well as customer training.
  • Utilizing market and product knowledge to assist sales teams in developing sales, marketing, and customer service strategies.
  • Producing well-written post-training reports and providing regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs.

Requirements:

  • Active professional clinical/technical certifications necessary to scan live patients in a clinical setting.
  • Demonstrated basic clinical scanning proficiencies on current products/platforms.
  • A minimum of 3 years clinical/technical experience or at least 2 years commercial applications/modality experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite products.
