We're seeking a motivated Trainee Concrete Repair specialist to join our team in the Sydney Region. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be eager to learn and grow in the field of concrete repair.

We are approved applicators for major supply companies, providing a competitive edge in the market.

You will receive hands-on training from experienced professionals and our engineer, equipping you with a solid understanding of essential skills such as:

  • Concrete crack injection
  • Concrete repair methods
  • Concrete cancer repair
  • Polyurea coatings
  • Carbon fibre structural strengthening
  • Leak repairs
  • Waterproofing
  • Water and abrasive blasting
  • Chemical grouting
  • Repair of water and wastewater manholes & structures

In addition to on-the-job training, we will assist you in obtaining the following certifications:

  • White Card for General Construction Induction (online test)
  • Entry and Work in Confined Spaces Card (training available)
  • Work Safely at Heights Card (training available)

Job Details

Full-time position with flexible working hours.

No prior experience is required; however, being fit and healthy is essential for the role.

Location: Sydney Region, with project opportunities in New South Wales Regional areas.

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7am to 3.30pm, with overtime possible depending on work requirements.

Requirements: Valid C-class driver's license.
