You will provide expertise to continue the ongoing growth of the business while delivering high-quality customer service to clients. Your responsibilities will include underwriting heavy and commercial motor business, acting as a referral point for other staff, building and maintaining effective working relationships with intermediaries, covering and retaining risk exposure, monitoring existing business portfolios, reviewing adverse renewals, and underwriting renewals, new business, and endorsements.

To be considered for this role, you should have some experience in underwriting, preferably with at least 12 months' experience in a similar underwriting position. You must possess strong communication skills, be customer-focused, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you should have the ability to make sound business decisions, maintain attention to detail, and possess strong computer skills.
