Admin Assistant for Podcast Start-Up

This role offers the unique opportunity to help build a creative project from the ground up, with responsibilities ranging from studio management to guest coordination and content development.

As an Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing communications, coordinating with team members, and ensuring timely production of high-quality episodes.

The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and adept at brainstorming content ideas and structuring engaging conversations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Setting up and managing the podcast studio space.
  • Sourcing equipment for audio and video recording.
  • Liaising with editors to ensure timely and high-quality production.
  • Coordinating with guests and scheduling appointments.
  • Creating podcast topics and preparing agendas for episodes.
  • Reviewing edited episodes and providing approval before release.
