Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop age-appropriate curricula that cater to the diverse needs of children
  • Create engaging and stimulating learning environments that encourage exploration and discovery
  • Assess progress and build strong relationships with families

  Ensure high-quality care and compliance with industry standards to promote children's holistic development and lifelong learning.

Requirements:
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or an equivalent)
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis

  Essential Skills and Attributes: Ability to provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children. Understanding the developmental milestones and needs of children in various age groups.
