Busy Bees at Tamworth is a 102-place service, that welcomes you with nurturing learning environments, a dedicated dining room, art workshop, and newly-renovated outdoor spaces. Our staff and management provide excellent support and a wonderful working environment, and are looking for a creative and passionate Early Childhood Education superstar to join their team

Our Hive is looking for an Early Childhood Teacher who is creative, passionate and dedicated, someone who fosters a love for learning and creating wonderful learning journeys for the children.

We are also looking for an Educator willing to take the opportunity to work in a leading childcare service, this is your chance

Location: Tamworth, NSW, Australia

Role: Permanent Full time ECT, Salary: $ $57.94 (hourly)

Role: Permanent Fulltime Educator, Salary: $ $34.83 (hourly)

What We're Looking For:

Must-Haves:

  • For the ECT role: Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • For the Educator role: Certificate III, Diploma of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • Current working with Children Check
  • First Aid Certificate, including training in asthma and anaphylaxis

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standards (NQS)
  • Ability to create personalized, fun, and educational programs
  • Strong teamwork skills and a desire to build supportive, inclusive relationships
  • Experience in early childhood settings and commitment to continuous development
  • Familiarity with documentation software and communication tools
