We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our store team.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering a great shopping experience for our customers.

About The Role

Our team members are the face of our stores and bring to life every day what we are famous for - our friendly service.

Working throughout the store, our team members do a variety of tasks from receiving stock, merchandising products, to picking orders for our online customers and assisting with customer queries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet, acknowledge, show care and thank our customers for shopping
  • Stick to our policies and procedures to ensure we keep ourselves, each other and our customers safe including looking out for and reporting any hazards
  • Help our customers by answering their questions or taking them to products they are looking for throughout their shopping journey
  • Ensure our shelves are fully stocked and tidy to enable a fast and easy shopping journey
  • Shopping for our online customers, ensuring that they receive what they need
