Key Responsibilities:- Task Management: Effectively manage and execute all tasks assigned by the Supervisor, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
- Technical Support: Provide comprehensive handovers and technical support to team members.
- Team Performance Optimization: Optimise team performance by managing departmental schedules, leave requests and coordinating flight and accommodation arrangements as needed.
- Data Accuracy: High attention to detail in data entry, report generation, system updates and schedule management to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Onboarding Support: Support the HR department with the onboarding process, contributing to a smooth and effective integration of new team members.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation and records for the department, ensuring all information is updated and accessible.
- Australian Drivers License
- Dangerous Goods Security Card
- Valid WA C Class driver's licence
- Apply First Aid Certification
- Ability to work at least six months on your current visa
