Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Full-time Sales Associate to join our team at MUJI Galeries. As a Full-time Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing information about products and services.
    • Efficiently use our point-of-sale system to process sales transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately.
  • Store Maintenance
    • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the store, including organising merchandise displays to enhance visual appeal.
    • Monitor inventory levels, and supervise and assist in restocking shelves as needed.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Uphold company policies and procedures regarding customer interactions, safety, security, and loss prevention.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar retail environment and/or fast-paced retail store environment.
  • Leadership experience with an ability to effectively delegate tasks and provide constructive feedback is highly advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse customers.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of stock.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team while also being able to independently manage tasks.
  • A positive and proactive attitude with a willingness to learn about our products and share knowledge with customers.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including deliveries, late night trade, weekends and public holidays.
