Job Title: Expert Infrastructure Advisors

As a seasoned legal professional, you will play a pivotal role in advising on major infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand.

Working closely with our team, you will be responsible for navigating the full project lifecycle, from pre-contract through to delivery.

With expertise in a broad range of contract models, including D&C, EPC, lump sum, target cost, cost reimbursable, alliances, frameworks and joint ventures, you will provide clear, practical advice on contract risk, disputes and compliance to support informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise on significant infrastructure projects, utilizing strong front-end construction and infrastructure experience.
  • Negotiate and draft contracts, ensuring effective project management.
  • Provide expert guidance on contract risk, disputes and compliance to stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

  • A qualified lawyer with extensive experience in front-end construction and infrastructure.
  • Strong negotiation and drafting skills, with ability to work effectively across both pre-contract and delivery phases.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with confidence in engaging with senior executives, delivery teams and clients.
  • Commercial acumen, providing business-focused advice that supports project success.
