Executive Advisor Opportunity

This role offers a chance to provide high-level advice and support on complex matters within the Infrastructure and Asset Management Division. As an executive advisor, you will play a crucial part in shaping strategic priorities, driving initiatives, and ensuring seamless operations.

With oversight of one of the largest health infrastructure portfolios in the country, your guidance and coordination will influence decisions that directly impact patients, communities, and enable effective delivery of NSW Health's capital program.

You will be responsible for leading a high-performing team, providing critical executive and administrative support while acting as the central coordination point for matters requiring the Deputy Secretary/Chief Executive's attention. This role calls for a strategic thinker, solutions-focused leader with exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to navigate complex policy, planning, and operational challenges.

About You
  • Use strategic insight and sound judgement to provide high-level advice and support on complex matters spanning policy, planning, and operations.
  • Lead the Office of the Deputy Secretary and Chief Executive, ensuring seamless coordination of priorities, projects, and communications across the Ministry of Health and Health Infrastructure.
