Vehicle Returns Associate

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Returns Associate to join our team at our Victoria location. As a key member of our vehicle returns team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our rental process.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service throughout the rental experience, including assisting customers in our car parks at the beginning and end of their rental period. You will work closely with all staff to ensure vehicles are received and returned in a timely manner, maintaining excellence in customer service and damage standards.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility in working hours, including availability during days, evenings, and weekends, is also essential. Car rental/sales experience is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with all staff to ensure vehicles are received and returned in a timely manner.
  • Maintain excellence in customer service and damage standards; achieve all KPIs in these areas.
  • Complete all administration accurately according to operating procedures.
  • Process workshop vehicles following operating procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A full, valid, clean driving license with at least 4 years of driving experience.
  • Excellent communication and face-to-face interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility in working hours, including availability during days, evenings, and weekends.
