About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Libraries Customer Service Officer. In this part-time permanent position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to the City of Bunbury community.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent customer service skills, a high level of interpersonal and communication skills, and outstanding organisational skills. You will also need to be able to think analytically and problem solve, as well as have well-developed information technology skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality, innovative customer service to the City of Bunbury community.
  • Promote and assist the public in using library services delivered via online and digital technologies.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge of library services and resources.

What We Offer

A National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check is required for this position and must be supplied at interview stage or upon commencement of employment with the City.
