We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Enterprise Data Architect to support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) across 5 key workstreams. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing scalable data architectures, enabling data migrations, and ensuring efficient integration between legacy systems and D365 F&O.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop scalable data pipelines to support the integration of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O with existing systems.
  • Lead data migration efforts by creating data mapping and validation frameworks, and ensuring accurate data transfer between legacy systems (e.g., SAP) and D365 F&O.
  • Develop and implement ETL processes for efficient data flow across multiple workstreams, ensuring data quality and consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and design data solutions that meet business needs.
  • Ensure high-performance, reliable, and secure data architectures that adhere to data governance and compliance standards.
  • Optimize existing data workflows, automate data processing tasks, and troubleshoot data issues to ensure seamless data integration.
  • Work with Azure Data Services (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Databricks) to process, store, and manage healthcare-related data.
  • Build and maintain data warehouses, data lakes, and other data storage solutions that support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence.

Your Skills and Experience

  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) data architecture and integrations.
  • Strong cloud platform expertise, particularly in Microsoft Azure (Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Azure Synapse, etc.).
  • Proficiency in ETL processes and data pipeline orchestration using tools such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, or similar platforms.
  • Solid experience with SQL and other database management systems, with proficiency in designing efficient data models.
  • Experience with data migration projects involving large-scale ERP systems (e.g., SAP to D365), ensuring data consistency and integrity.
