About the Role
As a Trade Counter Sales Associate in our Karratha branch, you will be part of a team that supports plumbers and other tradespeople with their building and renovation projects.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and information about products
- Offer quotes and assist with pick, pack, and stock control activities
- Ensure the branch is tidy and safe
- Make occasional deliveries to customers using a company vehicle
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service
- Ability to pick orders, maintain shop floor displays, and provide accurate information
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Valid driver's license and flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends
