The OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to ensure smooth workshop operations. In this role, you will maintain customer relationships, manage workshop schedules, oversee parts procurement, and handle administrative tasks. Your Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, handling inquiries, bookings, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Support daily workshop operations by coordinating services, repairs, and inspections.
- Oversee procurement, ordering, and inventory management of parts, tools, and workshop equipment.
- Process quotes, payments, job cards, and invoices while maintaining accurate financial records.
